And it went for....
This 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house at 196 Grace Street was first listed in January for $1,549,000.
As I mentioned in my post in June, for that price, this place better be AMAZING inside.
And for me, it isn't.
In June, the price was $1,489,000 which was still way overpriced.
The price was dropped again in August to $1,389,000. I thought it was still $300,000 too high.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped again in September to $1,249,000.
Still too high!
It never sold so they put it up for lease in December for $950.00.
How were they not able to rent this place out for less than $1000/month!?!
Or maybe they changed their minds.
This house was relisted at the end of February for $1,179,000.
It sold two weeks later....
For $1,210,000.
Do you think they threw in this amazing Sherlock Holmes lamp?
Otherwise, I don't get the price.
