I don't get this.

This is a beautiful house at 662 Euclid Avenue with tons of potential...

But it was listed at $1,349,000.

I thought it was more of a high 1.2 or 1.3 house.

It didn't sell so they dropped the price after 3 weeks to $1,285,000.

It just sold...

For $1,365,000.

They must have dusted.

And though I am old enough to know what that 'utility pole' is....

I am young enough to have to be reminded (thanks Cathie!).
