I missed one!!!!

I missed one of the now FIFTEEN price drops on this 4+1 bedroom, 9 bathroom house in Forest Hill.

It still hasn't sold and the price was dropped AGAIN!!!!!!!!

By another $50,000!

The new price is.....

$4,099,000.

For a total drop of $299,888 or just under 7%.

I really am going to miss this listing when it finally does sell.
