PRICE DROP #9 - 15 Ridgewood Road - FOREST HILL

When I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 9 bathroom house on a 60.65 x 289.77 foot lot, it had already been on the market for a month...

And it had already had FOUR price drops.

They were dropping it each time by $1,000 (okay, the first one was $100,000).

It was first listed at $4,498,888 in mid-January....

The subsequent price drops look like this:

February 23    $4,398,888

March 5      $4,397,888

March 12     $4,396,888

March 14    $4,394,888

March 15    $4,393,888

March 16    $4,392,888

March 17    $4,391,888

March 18    $4,388,888

I swear, I am not making this up.

Looks like they are getting a little tired of the $1,000 drop though.

They have now gone down by $39,888.

The new price is $4,349,000.

Looks like they got rid of the 8s too.......for now.
