PRICE DROP - 294 Chartwell Avenue - OAKVILLE

This house has been listed for over a year.

It is 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms on a 135 x 419.62 foot waterfront lot in Oakville.

It is not my style AT ALL on the inside.

I am not really sure what to call the style but clearly they haven't found the person who appreciates it as much as the current owners because this house hasn't sold yet.

I am not sure exactly when, but since I last posted this house in December, this house has had a price drop.

It was listed at $16,500,000.

It is now listed at $13,988,000.

Though the lot is beautiful and there might be someone out there with that much money who loves that style and wants to be in Oakville....

It's probably still too high.

Especially when you consider that this other Oakville waterfront house at 1092 Argyle Drive sold for $9,360,000.

But then again....

It didn't have this backyard...
