PRICE DROP - 191 Withrow Avenue - RIVERDALE

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on an 18.76 x 128 foot lot has been listed since the end of May.

It was apparently featured in Style at Home.  I thought it was the kitchen that was the feature though I couldn't find the photos.  But according to a reader, the who went to the open house, it was indeed featured but it was the living room that was in the magazine and the feature was done in 2004.

WHY is this in the listing?

But regardless of the lame claim to fame, I thought this was a good house.  It has quirks, like that post/intake vent in the middle of the living room, the cramped front hall, and the small kitchen, but I thought it was good.  

And regardless if that tree needs some pruning, I love it.

The house was listed at $775,700.

I didn't think it would sell at list but maybe right on the nose.  It did have a finished basement.

But it didn't sell and the price was just dropped....

To $729,700.

These people want to sell!
