mishMASH Monday
On Friday, I mentioned posts were slow due to the fact that I was on the road on my way to a wedding. That wedding happened to be in BC. So, as I am on the west coast for a few more days, I thought this week's mishMASH Monday should be a BC house.
And I thought, since I was near the ocean, that I would post an amazing oceanfront property.
Here is the one that caught my eye.
It kind reminds me of the 'A' frame at 7091 Nesters Road in Whistler that I posted in 2012 that was listed at $870,000.
This house at #14 20837 Louie Court technically isn't oceanfront property since it is located in Langley just east of Vancouver on the Fraser River, and though this might not be everyone's ideal home, I kind of love it.
It's bright, it has high ceilings, it has been recently renovated.
And it is only $85,000!
Sure, the moorage fees are $630/month (or $825/month depending on where you look) but you can't beat that price or the annual taxes of $262!
Plus, the cat seems to like it!
