PRICE DROP - 4 Wychwood Park R
This house has been listed for a LONG time. In my last post about it when it was relisted in June, I said 3 years but it has actually only been 2.
Just 2 years.

When it came back on the market a week after the house at 106 Wychwood Park was listed at $5,498,000, I thought it would come on at a price drop. Perhaps down to $2,275,000.
Sure, this is an 8+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that sits on a 99 x 144 foot lot, but it needs a LOT of work. It is tired.
The price has now been dropped to $2,495,000...the lowest it has been yet.
It still needs to go down...
But it does give us another chance to reminisce about the Colonel thanks to that statue of the Colonel in the basement....
