AND IT WENT FOR - 12 Tranby Avenue - ANNEX

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 16.5 x 78 foot lot at 12 Tranby Avenue in the Annex has been listed for a year.

It was first listed last September for $1,259,000.

It didn't sell and was back on the market in July for $1,199,000.  

The house is fine, just not a $1.2 house.  So it was odd that it was relisted a little while later at a price increase to $1,229,000.

When I posted it, I said I thought it was more of a $1,087,000 house.

The house didn't sell at the increase and, a few weeks after I posted it, the price was dropped to $1,175,000.

Again, it didn't sell and the price was dropped last week to $1,099,000.

It sold 2 days later...

For $1,090,000.
