What is going on here!?!
Look at this bathroom!
WHAT is going on!?!
Either the bathtub is on a slant or the tile wasn't laid properly. Is 4 1/2 feet the right size for a bathtub? I think it is 5 feet.
And what is the story with this shower? There is just a faucet coming out of the wall!!!!
Where is the toilet!?!
This is a mess.
And I haven't even mentioned the kitchen or that fireplace!

This is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 110 foot lot just steps to Eglinton.
It is just down the street from the awesome listing at 24 Castlewood Road that was listed at $969,000 before dropping the price to $929,000, and it is across the street from the house at 37 Castlewood Road that needed a little work but was still move right in. It was listed at $949,000, and though I am not sure what it sold for, I think it was close to list.
This house has been gutted and redone.
It was listed a little over a week ago for $1,299,900.
Guess someone told them it might be a tough one at that price.
It is now listed at $1,090,000.
That's still going to be tough one.
