And it went for....

Yesterday, I posted the second price drop for this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 16.67 x 150 foot lot at 56B Clarendon Avenue in South Hill.

It was first listed in February for $1,549,000.

The price was dropped in March to $1,495,000.

Still no sale and the price was dropped last Thursday to $1,435,000.  I thought it was still too high.

Turns out, it sold the same day the price was dropped...

For $1,500,000.

Hmm.
