PRICE DROP - 56B Clarendon Avenue - SOUTH HILL
This house at 56A Clarendon Avenue was first listed in February.
It is a 2 bedroom (with a +1 that I can't figure out where it is), 3 bathroom semi on a 16.67 x 150 foot lot in South Hill.
It is attached to the 2 bedroom at 56B Clarendon Avenue that sold the previous spring for $1,415,000.
So, at $1,549,000, I thought this was too high.
It was and the price was dropped in March to $1,495,000.
Still no sale and the price has been dropped again...
To $1,435,000.
Better, but probably still a little high.
