Three days ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 27 x 100 foot lot at 18 Gates Avenue.
It is a renovated house that showed really well.
It was listed at $689,900.
I thought it would sell for $745,000, maybe even more because I know that I would pay a premium just to see this thing every morning...
I guess I wasn't alone because this house sold the next day...
For $800,800!!!
