I first posted this house at 30 Hanson Street in the Greenwood-Coxwell area on August 21.
It is a garden shed/garage/shack on a 20 x 14.5 foot lot. It was listed at $229,000.
Or $790/square foot for the land or $1,211/square foot for the shack!!! So, this Wychwood house should have been priced at $4,000,000!?!
This shack has no running water!!! No kitchen, no sink, no shower! NO TOILET!!!
The price was dropped to $195,000 just 3 days ago.
It sold yesterday...
For $165,000.
Or $568/square foot for the lot and $873/square foot for the shack (average condo price is $413/square foot)!!!
So....
My question is this....
