You know that RIDICULOUS listing of the garage/garden shed/shack that eventually made the rounds of the papers...

The one that was listed at $229,000 and had no kitchen, running water, or toilet? 

The one some media outlets were saying wasn't bad since it was cheaper than a condo!?!?!?!

The one that if it sold for asking would have meant that if you went by cost per square feet, this house at 56 Alcina Avenue in Wychwood should have sold for $4 million!?!?!

Well, guess what!  

It didn't sell!

Can you believe it!?!

It has now had a price drop.

To $195,000.

This isn't worth more than $60,000.

It's a garage with an electrical panel.

Ridiculous.
