And so it sold!

Earlier today, I posted this house at 64 Palmerston Avenue on the east side for Trinity-Bellwoods park.

It wasn't the most exciting house but it had potential.  But it had already been listed for 2 weeks without a sale, so when it went off MLS between last night and this morning, I thought perhaps it had sold below the $749,900 asking, or it was having a price drop.

Guess someone saw bigger potential here because this place just sold...

For $825,000.

Know what else sold for $825,000 just a year ago?

Sure it was kind of close to Ossington but it was done.

If this house was a semi, sure, I could get the price.  But a row house that needs a fair amount of work??

$769,000, not so crazy.  Even $779,000.

But $825,000?

I think this is high.
