And it went for....

Compared to the house in my last post at 64 Palmerston Avenue... 

This house at 161 Shaw Street is bigger, it is 4 bedrooms versus 3, it is a semi versus a row house, and it all around has way more potential.

It just needs more work....maybe.

This house has gross carpet but there could be great floors under there.  It needs a paint job like Palmerston, the backyard might not be as grassy but it is bright.  And both need a new kitchen.

The Palmerston house just sold for $825,000.

This house was listed at $779,000.

I thought it could sell for $913,000.

It sold for $885,000.

Though both have a lot of potential, I know who I think got the better buy!
