A week ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 34.67 x 145 foot lot at 113 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park.

I mentioned that if you have ever walked down this street, you have probably noticed this house.  It is a good looking house from the outside.  And though some readers disagreed, this is a great house on the inside as well.

It was listed at $2,095,000.  

For a family, this is not a big house, especially at $2.1.  There are a lot more family friendly homes you could get more for that price.

But this is a good

condo alternative like the house at 23 Clarendon Avenue in South Hill that sold for $1,950,000.

 I just didn't think the location, for a condo alternative, would be as appealling as South Hill.  

I thought this was more of a $1.8 house. 

It just sold...
