If you have ever walked along this portion of Inglewood that connects Mt. Pleasant and St. Clair, you have probably noticed this house.
It isn't huge but it has a large sun room at the front and it looks really well taken care of.
And the inside didn't disappoint.
It is 3+1 bedrooms (currently set up as 2+1 with an office, condo alternative type house) and 4 bathrooms on a 34.67 x 145 foot lot with 2 parking spots and a 1 car garage.
It was renovated by designer Harvey Wise (who seems to have fallen a little behind on updating his site that was 'Coming in 2012'!)...
It might be a little dark for some with not enough colour, but you can't deny that is done REALLY well. I loved it.
Then I saw the price...

Sure, this house may be beautiful...
But $2.1 Million!?!
This is not a big house.
Neither was the similar 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom town house condo alternative at 23 Clarendon Avenue in South Hill that sold for $1,950,000, but it had better location with a quick walk to Yorkville. I wouldn't say this location being a quick walk to St. Clair can compete as a condo alternative.
This is a great neighbourhood for kids. Is this a family house though?
It could be.
But not for $2.1 million.
Maybe $1.795.
