mishMASH Monday - PRICE DROP
When I first posted this 5 acre island with 1700 feet of shore line called Woodmere Island in Muskoka in March..
I pointed out that it
included:
4 cottages (ranging between 1,200 and 1,900 square feet)
A Front Boathouse with accomodations
3 cabins
2 bunkies
1 Doll House
Another Boat House
A Party Pavillion (I added the Party part because that is all that is REALLY going on in there)
A Sauna
A Dining Lodge (that's right, a separate building with a kitchen for large dinners)
A Caretaker's cottage
A beach with lots of sun
And another who knows how many covered boat slips
It was a pretty great setting for a game of Euchre.
The asking price was $7,895,000.
Guess people thought that was a little pricy for a card game and the price has been dropped...
To $6,500,000.
This is just one of many price drops in Muskoka recently, such as St. Helen's Island and the possible family compound at 98 Scully Road.
Maybe people looking for property in Muskoka don't think it is as amazing as the people who own the property think!!!
