Looks like today is a day of price drops!!!
And like my last post on 80R Crescent Road...
This is another BIG surprise!!!!
This place was overpriced to start.
It is a 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathoom house on a 100 x 115.4 foot lot in Wychwood Park.
And if you are like me, you find that area kind of creepy. And this house to be a bit of an odd layout.
I don't really get it.
Plus, there are no pictures of a yard which means to me that there is no yard.
The listing price for this house was $5,498,000.
I thought maybe they could find someone who loved the area and really wanted in, but not at that price.
Looks like they never found one, and they have changed the agents and the price.
The new asking price for this house is...
$5,250,000.
Still too high.
