PRICE DROP - 18 Cluny Drive - ROSEDALE
On Friday, I posted a house at 20 Cluny Drive that was listed a couple of months ago. It had just dropped its price to $8,650,000 from $8,900,000.
It reminded me of a hotel with tons of limestone and a great backyard pool. And because of tricky angles or the fact that I was sidetracked thinking about Oklahoma...
I had initially thought the house in the background of this photo was of 20 Cluny Drive...
But as a reader pointed out, that house is actually 18 Cluny Drive.
I first posted this 5+1 bedroom, 9 bathroom house on a 53.28 x 258.46 at 18 Cluny in August 2012. It had been listed since the previous October when it was priced at $9,985,000.
By August 2012, the price was $9,900,000.
It never sold and by March 2013, the staging, the agent, and the price had changed.
The new price was $8,980,000.
And that is where it sat until the neighbour at 20 Cluny Drive dropped their price by $250,000.
As of 2 days ago, this house has dropped their price as well...
To $8,880,000.
I think the hotel is selling first.
