The asking price was $3,295,000.
It's a good house. Sure, it has a cold, new build feel right now, but if you were to take out that terrible staging furniture and put in some good stuff, this house could be great.
But people thought the price was to high and it was dropped in July to $3,195,000.
Because of the location being on what can be a busy street at rush hour, and issues like no front hall closet and that office that I don't love, I thought this might be more of a $3,050,000 house.
The price was just dropped last week...
To $3,049,000.
