PRICE INCREASE - 28 Belmont Street - YORKVILLE
I first posted this house in December 2012.
It had already been on the market since at least February 2012 when the asking price was $2,749,000.
It is 2+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it sits on a 28.97 x 96.4 foot lot. For this street, that is BIG.
But $2.8?
It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $2,495,000.
Again, it didn't sell and for some reason, it is back on the market at an increase.
The new price is...
$2,575,000.
