The attached house was just listed a little over a week ago.
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 16.37 x 118 foot lot with a good sized yard and a garage. It has a good finished basement and a more than livable kitchen.
The asking price was $729,900.
It sold in 6 days...
For $805,000.
If next door hasn't sold, I stick with my $879,000 price.
