It's a good house that overlooks Withrow Park and the city but it is a corner lot and it is dated.
I don't know what it is but the first thing I thought of when I saw it was Three's Company!
Maybe it's the colours.

This house was listed at $1,095,000.
It is basically across the street from the similarily sized house at 17 Wroxeter Avenue that sold for $###,###.
This house is a corner lot so the yard is wider (though it is technically not owned by this house), it has great views of the city, and it is more updated though that looks like it happened 25 years ago....
So the price being $155,000 more than Wroxeter makes sense.
I would have thought it would sell for asking or just above.
It sold.....
For $1,371,000.
And though this has nothing to do with the house...
I just couldn't resist.
