It is move right in and, though I find the grey walls a little dark, it shows well.
This could be a family home but, as it is right now, I see it as more of a professional couple's house. Changing the basement apartment into a family area could be an easy transformation though.
The backyard isn't exactly family friendly with the car in the middle of the yard, but it is still a good sized city yard.
I am not sure I love the stairs at the back, and if they weren't there, I am sure this house would have sold for more. Or maybe they are what sealed the deal.

It sold for 1,265,000.
I think this could have gone higher without the stairs.
