Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 16.5 x 137 foot lot at 149 Withrow Avenue in Riverdale.

It is the house attached to the semi at 147 Withrow Avenue that I posted in January.

That house was a flip and sold for $715,000.

I preferred the look and feel of this house, and though it was listed at $739,900, I thought it could sell for $745,000.

It just sold...

For $738,000.
