AND IT WENT FOR - 61 Gloucester Street - CHURCH AND WELLESLEY

When I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 17.5 x 101 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 61 Gloucester Street, I pointed out that the agent described it as...

"It's like a supermodel with a Rhodes scholarship - stunning on the outside, and unimaginably perfect on the inside."

The only 'supermodel' I could think of that went to university was Brooke Shields.  But I just remembered that Christy Turlington also went to university.

Maybe that is who he was referring to.

Either way, I am not sure I would compare this house to a supermodel but it is a good house.

It was listed at $1,149,000.

I though it was a little high for a row house and would sell closer to $1,129,000 because it is still a lot of house.

It sold 2 weeks later...

For $1,099,000.
