PRICE DROP - 13 Barfield Avenue - EAST YORK

A little over 2 weeks ago, I posted this house at 13 Barfield Avenue in East York.  

It had already been listed for a couple of weeks but I was confused and thought I had already posted it.  But I hadn't.  That was the neighbour at 11 Barfield Avenue that sold a year ago for $1,130,000.

This house is basically the same house with a bad deck.

It was listed at $1,199,000.

Like the neighbour, it is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a 31.5 x 110 foot lot so why was it more?  No idea.

The price was dropped before I posted it to $1,188,000.

I didn't see any reason why this would be listed for $58,000 more than 11 Barfield so I assumed there would be another price drop.

And there has been...

To $1,169,900.

There is still another $39,900 more to go!
