It is a 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom new build on a 50 x 126.37 foot lot.
I have no idea why they made the front look like it does!
If they had just left it with the yellow brick that is at the back, it would have been sooo much better.
And the inside....not into it at all.
This house was first listed last January for $5,195,000.
That's just $73,000 less than the recent sale price of 190 Forest Hill Road.
As I mentioned in my first post, if this was the kind of money you had to spend on a house, would this be your first choice?
Not for me!
It never sold and the price was dropped in June to $4,985,000.
I thought it would still be a hard sell and it has been.
This house just had another price drop...
To $4,795,000.
Still going to be a hard sell.
