PRICE DROP #2 - 228 Forest Hill Road - FOREST HILL
I first posted this house in mid-September.
It is a 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 50 x 163 foot lot and it has a great back yard.
Though it looks kind of stuffy from the outside, it isn't stuffy on the inside. I really like it. I am just not sure, at this price point, that there will be a lot of buyers who don't care about the fact that there isn't a formal living room. The only entertaining space is open to the kitchen and would be considered the family room in most houses.
So, when this house was listed at $3,900,000, I thought it was high.
I thought the no living room thing might bring the price down to $3,465,000.
The price was dropped a month later to $3,695,000.
Two weeks later and it still hasn't sold.
The price has just been dropped again...
To $3,550,000.
Love the house, but still think it's a little high.
