PRICE DROP - 215 Christie Street - SEATON VILLAGE

I first posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20 x 130 foot lot in July.

It had been listed since May for $764,900.

It had been listed at $599,000 in 2010 and $719,000 just last year.

It's hard to tell if any work was done in the last year but my guess is that the kitchen is new-ish.

As I mentioned in my first post for this house, the kitchen reminds me of the kitchen belonging to Emma Reddington, current Chatlaine editor and author of The Marion House Book blog ...

Though I liked the house, the location wasn't the best and I thought the price was a little high.  Not by much but perhaps something closer to $749,000 would make sense.

Guess that was still a little high as this house had a price drop in September to $739,000...

And it still hasn't sold.
