It is a good house. There are some bold colour choices but everything except the basement shower could be changed if it wasn't your thing.
Other than the colours of some of the walls, I really like the style of this house. Did they steal that arm chair...

The front of this house reminds me of the house I posted yesterday at 137 Galley Avenue in Roncesvalles that is currently listed at $899,000. It was a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house with a garage but an unfinished basement.
This house is narrower and attached on both sides with one parking spot and a finished basement.
It was listed last Tuesday for $849,000.
It sold on Friday...
For $915,000.
So, if this was your budget...
Would you chose Riverdale in a row house or Roncesvalles in a detached?
