Earlier today, I posted the sale of a 'detached' 2 bedroom bungalow down the street from this house on a 26 x 101.88 foot lot at 52 De Grassi Street.
It was listed at $599,000 and sold for $765,500.
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 17.09 x 92.58.
That is not a bad width for a row house and it shows in the pictures! The house is a bit flippish but I like it. The kitchen isn't brand new but I also like that, and the exposed brick.
The bathrooms are done, the rooms are big and bright. The backyard is a good size, but like 52 De Grassi, there is no parking.
This house was listed at $749,000. It sold...
For $775,000.
That's just $9,500 more than the 2 bedroom bungalow.
