I wasn't going to post this house at 90 Rocmary Place in Vaughan just north of Toronto since it has basically been all over the internet already, but by reader request....here it is!

It's a beauty, no?

It reminds me of a cross between the house in my last post at 38 Bayview Ridge Crescent...

Let's just say...none of the houses above are my thing. And considering that they all basically had massive price drops (except for the Vancouver house but they don't drop as much there)...

There is absolutely NO WAY this 6 bedroom, 12 bathroom house on a 128.13 x 413.11 foot lot will sell anywhere CLOSE to its $17,800,000 asking price!
