AND IT WENT FOR - 141 Roxborough Street West - SUMMERHILL

Last week, a reader (thanks E) sent in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at 141 Roxborough Street West in Summerhill.

It was a mirror image of the condo that had just sold at 143 Roxborough Street West that had sold the week before for $775,000.

This condo had been listed before.  The first asking price (as per Stuart) was $785,000.

Guess they though their condo was better because after the sale next door, they increase the price.

I agreed that it was a better condo but the new asking price was $865,000.  I didn't think this condo was worth $90,000 more.

But some thought it was worth $70,000 more!!!!

This condo sold last week...

For $845,000.
