It sold!!!

This 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 28.97 x 96.42 foot lot at 28 Belmont Road on a street between Yorkville and Summerhill has been listed for a LONG time.

It was first listed in at least Febuary 2012 and the asking price was $2,749,000. 

When I posted it in December 2012, the price had been dropped to $2,495,000.

It's a good house, but it is only 2 bedrooms and with some of the design choices, it was difficult to figure out who they were marketing this house to.

I thought the price was too high still and that it could sell closer to $2,200,000.

It never sold and the house was relisted in September....for an increase!

This time the price was $2,575,000.

It just sold....
