This isn't a huge house but it is a good one.

It is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom (the 3rd is in the partially finished basement) on a 13 x 129 foot lot with a detached garage at 349 Euclid Avenue in Little Italy.

So, it is a very narrow house.

But it looks a lot bigger inside, and I thought it should really well.

It was listed at $778,000.

Even though it was small, I thought it might sell over.  Maybe around $845,000.

It took 2 weeks to sold and the final price was....

$770,000.

Guess it showed a LOT more narrow in person.
