AND IT WENT FOR - 138 Ashdale Avenue - GREENWOOD-COXWELL/LESLIEVILLE

About 3 hours ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 26.33 x 115 foot 'L' shaped lot at 138 Ashdale Avenue in the Greenwood-Coxwell/Leslieville area.

It was a flip done by a company called ModernKind that also did the flip at 112 Ivy Avenue.

I really like both flips though I preferred the wood at Ivy.  And I wasn't sure about the tile in the back area of this house.

But it was a good flip.

The asking price was  $989,900.

I thought it would sell for more than the house at 124 Ashdale Avenue that sold for $1,045,000.

My thought was that it could go up $1,089,000, maybe even $1,110,000.

Well, turns out it had sold, and it sold over.  But not as high as I thought.

This house just sold....

For $1,055,000.
