This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 35 x 182 foot lot at 70 Gothic Avenue in High Park was listed on Friday.

I posted it on Saturday.

I really liked it and had followed the reno on the homeowner's blog The Bennett House Diary.

They did a LOT of work to it.

Though there were a few things I might have done differently, like making that front room an office and perhaps rearranging some furniture, I thought they did a great job.  Clearly from the comments though, it wasn't for everyone.

But I knew someone was going to LOVE it.

And someone did.

This house just sold via a bully offer....

For $1,825,000.

P.S. Though it is nothing like this place, this sale is definitely not bad news for the house I posted earlier today at 161 High Park Road!
