I forgot about this house!

I first posted this house at 466 St. John's Road in Runnymede in May 2012 (trust me, you want to click on that link to check out the pictures....).

It's a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house that sits on a 19.5 x 100 foot lot.

The asking price was.....

D-mn!  I forgot to post the price!

Jeesh!

Clearly though, it never sold because it was listed again this September and the listing pictures are exactly the same.  

This time around, the listing price was $399,000.

It just sold for $383,000.
