AND IT WENT FOR - 276 Brunswick Avenue - HARBORD VILLAGE/SOUTH ANNEX

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on an 18 x 120 foot lot at 276 Brunswick Avenue in Harbord Village.

It was listed at $1,139,000.

Considering its proximity to the Brunswick House, and the fact that there was basically no dining room, I thought the price was high.

And if the better house across the street at 285 Brunswick Avenue couldn't sell for over $1.1 in 2012, how could this place?

But then there was that house at 266 Brunswick Avenue that just sold for $1,505,266.

So...it was possible this house would sell for asking.  I just didn't think it should.

This house did not sell for asking though.

It sold over.

This house just sold...

For $1,145,000.
