Yesterday, I was looking at this semi at 24 Appleton Avenue North in Oakwood.
For those readers who wanted a more reasonably priced house in an up and coming area, I was going to post this.
Then I realized, though the price of $599,000 for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20 x 110 foot lot in a neighbourhood that isn't Wychwood, but it is close....
There was no way this house was selling for only $599,000.
The pictures are grainy because they are Google Images, but you get the idea. This is a really good house that might need a new kitchen (and probably bathroom). It's big, it's bright, it has a good location just steps to St. Clair, and it is move right in.

For $724,000.
