AND IT WENT FOR - 215 Christie Street - SEATON VILLAGE

I first posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20 x 130 foot lot at 215 Christie Street in Seaton Village in July.  

It was a wide semi, with a good kitchen but perhaps a bathroom that needed work.  And the location wasn't necessarily the best.

When I posted it, this house had already been on the market for 2 months.  It was first listed in May for $764,900.

I was wondering when there would be a price drop.  Maybe down to $749,000?  

It never sold and by September, they finally dropped the price...

To $739,000.

It just sold...

For $715,000.
