I first posted this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 128.31 x 50.12 lot at 2 Ava Road in Forest Hill in April 2012.

It was listed at $1,825,000.
Though the house is tired and it is located on a busy corner lot, I thought this house had a lot of potential.
I thought it might sell for $2,300,000.
It didn't.
Well, looks like someone else thought it could sell for $2,300,000 as it was because, a year and a half later and what looks like absolutely no work done, this house is now listed...
For $2,299,000.
One hundred bucks shy of $2,300,000.
