AND IT WENT FOR - 49B Shirley Street - LITTLE PORTUGAL

At the end of December, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse on a 13 x 47 foot lot at 49B Shirley Street in Little Portugal.

It was a complete rebuild, and though I like a lot about it, I didn't love the kitchen.

It was first listed in October for $685,000 only to have an increase a month later to $729,000.

Considering that there was basically no outdoor space, or parking, and the lot was tiny, I thought it was overpriced and would sell closer to $625,000.

I was way off.

This house just sold...

For $712,000.

Good sign for 228 Brock Avenue in my last post I guess!
