The first floor is a good space with a good kitchen and living area.
But that basement bedroom!
I am getting clautrophobia just looking at it!
The second floor apartment has more space in the bedroom, but has one less bathroom.
Basically, I am not overwhelmed by this place, but if you are looking for a singe family house, it looks like it could be converted without a lot of expense.
The asking price is $699,000.
If I were looking for a single family home in this neighbourhood, I would prefer the row house at 23 Gordon Street that sold in September for $599,000.
But if you are looking for a condo alternative with income, this is a good option.
Still a little high though.
