At the beginning of January, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom new build on a 41.69 x 164 foot lot at 53 Hemford Crescent in Don Mills.

It was a really good house if 'Frank Llyod Wright meets Muskoka' is your kind of thing.  

But $3,288,880!?!

When this is what is going on with your neighbours?

Though it was in the Globe and Mail Home of the Week in June, it didn't sell.  It was priced way too high.

Finally, the price was dropped to $2,599,000.

I thought it was still too high for the neighbourhood.  But $2,349,000?

Definitely.

It just sold...
