AND IT WENT FOR - 57 Bertmount Avenue - LESLIEVILLE

Over the last 2 weeks, there have been a few houses for sale on Bertmount in Leslieville.

This house at 57 Bertmount Avenue was a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex semi on a 17.54 x 80 foot lot.

For a duplex, it was good.  There were some things I didn't love like how it looked like it was cold.  I think it was all the blankets, the slippers, and the baseboard heating.

It was listed at $799,000.

Since the house beside it at 55 Bertmount Avenue needed a ton of work but sold for $660,000, I thought this would sell fast and over ask.

I thought it would sell around $865,000.

It just sold...

For $865,000.
